We all know how frustrating it is to see someone walk by that has the body you dream about having, or watching info-mercials talking about how easy it is to lose weight with this "new workout machine." So you bite the hook and purchase the new product or try the pill, and for a few days you believe that kind of change is possible. Then, reality sets in... and so does buyers remorse. Why is it so hard to believe that you can actually achieve that healthy body you've always dreamed of? Let's face it: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
The root of the problem is that you are looking for a quick fix, instead of a change in lifestyle. A quick fix = A quick rebound right back to where you started. If you want lasting change, you need to make a change that lasts. The first thing to change is your mindset. True change takes time.
